Survey privacy note
What we collect
Your answers to the survey questions, whether the survey was completed, and a short campaign label if you arrived through a tagged link. We don’t ask for your name, brand or email in the survey itself.
Partial answers
As you move through the survey, your answers are saved on your device so you can resume, and saved to our database marked as incomplete. Incomplete answers may be included in analysis of individual questions.
How findings are reported
Findings are reported in aggregate. We don’t publish individual responses.
Quotes
We only quote your written answer to question 17 if you checked the box allowing an anonymous quote. Even without a name, a distinctive story could still be recognizable.
Contact details
If you ask for an early copy or offer an interview, your name, brand and email are stored in a separate table from your survey answers, with no link between them. We use them only to send the report and to arrange interviews. This separation reduces the chance of linking your details to your answers, but it can’t guarantee absolute anonymity.
Deletion
To ask us to delete your contact details or answers, email dana@foundandform.studio.
